- Manage relationships with customers by proactively and consistently engaging with contacts to determine their satisfaction, needs and objectives through an established relationship.
- Have a thorough understanding of company products (features and value) and be able to communicate them with clients.
- Serve as a consultant by providing industry insights through up-to-date knowledge of industry trends.
- Manage delivery of software with clients.
- 3-5 years of experience working in a financial institution preferred.
- Experience with financial product and processes.
- Branch Manager experience in a bank or credit union strongly preferred
- A sharp mind and an engaging personality that enjoys challenging the status quo and creating solutions for clients.
- A high energy level and a strong sense of ownership.
- Strong self-motivation and a positive approach.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Experience with SalesForce or another leading CRM/sales management tool.
- A bachelor's degree is strongly preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- The ability to multi-task, handle pressure and work under deadlines in a goal-oriented sales environment.
- Be a team player with a can-do attitude.
