Responsibilities:

• Prepare Mechanical Schematics, and Conceptual Models.
• Experience with Building Systems (HVAC, Plumbing, and Pneumatics).
• Prepare Mechanical Programming packages.
• Prepare Mechanical Schematic Design packages.
• Prepare Figures for reports/specifications.
• Coordinate Building Point Clouds.
• Coordinate with multiple engineering disciplines, Authority Having Jurisdiction, system engineers, facility managers, project managers, and project engineers Build teaming relationship with technical and other company organizations.
• Develop technical requirements for infrastructure programs/projects.
• Ensure design deliverables comply with laws, codes, orders, and MSTS policies and procedures.
• Work effectively as a team member and leader to ensure task and project success.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering program, prefer degree accredited by the Accreditation Board for Engineering and Technology (ABET), and at least 8 years' relevant experience.
• Mechanical Engineer PE

Preferred skills:

• Adobe Creative Suite (especially Adobe Illustrators)
• SolidWorks
• AutoCAD
• Revit
