    Help Desk Specialist
    Provides in-depth support and leads problem solving and implementation efforts for specific technology products or applications. Works independently with some guidance and may review or guide activities of junior employees.
    Experience with user account creation, user password resets, and active directory group policies
    Ability to work in a collaborative environment fielding user question and help requests
    CompTIA Security+ Certification
    Experience with VMware
    Knowledge of basic networking concepts
    Bachelor's degree

    Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements.

    The projected compensation range for this position is $51,600.Our people-first culture prioritizes the benefits of flexibility and collaboration, whether that happens in person or remotely.
