Demonstrates age specific knowledgeof human growth and development, assessment, range of treatment and care ofpatients.

• Ensures the privacy of our patientand confidentiality of their Protected Health Information (PHI).
• Meets mutually agreed uponperformance goals/objectives as listed on the Performance Management Plan.
• Utilizes nursing process forindividual care to meet needs of patients.
• Documents all patient care.
• Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing
• Minimum of one year ICU experience or successful completion of ICU Internship program
