• You should be proficient in using an iPhone and computer, with skills in Excel, email, and texting.
• Mastery of the Spanish language is required.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with recruiting and hiring efforts by coordinating interviews, screening applicants, and maintaining records.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date personnel records, adhering to HR regulations and company policies.
• Review and update HR information system records to ensure data accuracy.
• Enforce company policies, rules, and regulations to maintain a positive work environment.
• Communicate essential information to employees and job applicants in a clear and timely manner.
