    We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Permanent Chief Estimator to join our dynamic team. This position is a unique opportunity to lead and drive the estimating efforts in the finance industry. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of the financial and operational aspects of project management. This position requires at least 3+ years of experience in the field.
    Lead all estimating efforts, including the development and implementation of estimating strategies and methodologies.

    Review and evaluate project plans and specifications, bid documents, and other relevant project documents to identify key risk areas and ensure estimates are accurate, competitive, and profitable.

    Collaborate with project management teams to develop project schedules and budgets.
    Conduct historical cost analyses and utilize this data to develop accurate and comprehensive estimates.
    Maintain and update a database of current and accurate pricing information.
    Present estimates and conduct bid reviews with senior management, offering strategic and tactical insights to drive business decisions.
    Collaborate with clients, architects, and contractors to provide a comprehensive understanding of project costs.
    Bachelor's degree
    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop strategic and cost-effective solutions.
    Proficient in Estimating software and other relevant technology.
    Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex financial information to a variety of audiences.
    Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
    Knowledge of financial and project management principles and practices.
    Familiarity with local, state, and federal building codes and regulations related to historical renovations and churches.
