    Job title: Water Blaster

    Description

    We are seeking a skilled Water Blaster to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional results while adhering to strict safety protocols.

    Your primary duties will include:

    • Conducting thorough cleaning tasks, including equipment maintenance and repair.
    • Assisting with the setup and operation of water blasting equipment.
    • Providing support for new hires and transfers through on-the-job training.

    You will also be expected to:

    • Ensure timely completion of tasks and meet quality standards.
    • Follow established safety procedures and protocols.
    • Report any issues or concerns to your supervisor promptly.

    To succeed in this role, you will need:

    • A High School Diploma or Equivalent.
    • Knowledge of mechanical systems and principles.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Experience in a manufacturing environment an asset.

    This position demands:

    • Ability to lift up to 50 Lbs., with or without accommodation.
    • Maintaining a physically demanding workload.
    • Remaining alert and fit for duty.
    • Working in confined spaces.
    • Wearing personal protective equipment in hazardous environments.
