    Job Description and Requirements

    Synopsys Emulation and Verification (SEV) is a worldwide leader in hardware and software co-verification solutions, offering fast transaction-based co-emulation and in-circuit emulation.

    As a member of the field support team, you will be responsible for planning and executing of new as well as maintenance of the existing Synopsys Emulation and Prototyping Hardware.

    You will be responsible for:

    • Installation of Synopsys HW at various customer sites, both domestic and international
    • Work closely with the HW engineering and manufacturing teams in analyzing potential HW failures and defining corrective actions.
    • Maintain accurate data on all hardware activities and provide periodic reports to management.
    • Work closely with the manufacturing to review the production process to maintain superior quality of Synopsys HW.
    • Integrating boards into a complete system: prepare the chassis, mount mechanical parts on electronic boards, wire cabling.

    Requirements:
    • Minimum of 5+ years of related experience.
    • Knowledge of Linux environment and scripting language such as bash and tcsh
    • Requires both domestic and international travel.
    The base salary range across the U.S. for this role is between $85,000-$127,000. In addition, this role may be eligible for an annual bonus, equity, and other discretionary bonuses.
