    Join TempForce Nursing Collab: If you're looking for an exciting opportunity to showcase your skills as a Surgical Technician, look no further! TempForce at Vanderbilt University Medical Center (VUMC) has a 13-week assignment waiting for you, with additional premium pay included. As part of the Temp Surgical Tech team, you'll play a key role in patient care, assisting physicians and nursing staff before, during, and after surgical procedures by creating and maintaining a sterile field and providing necessary instruments and supplies in a sterile manner. This position offers you the chance to enhance your knowledge and skills while making a real difference in the healthcare field.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Assist surgeons before, during, and after surgical procedures
    • Plan, set up, perform, and clean up surgical procedures
    • Demonstrate knowledge of and apply principles of asepsis
    • Conduct sharp, sponge, and instrument counts
    • Perform other duties as assigned

    Assignment Duration:
    • 13 Weeks

    Shift:
    • 7a - 7p Weekends and one weekday

    Preferred Experience: 2 Years
