El sujeto debera responsabilizarse del presupuesto financiero operativo planificación laboral optimizar costos proporcionar supervisión directa al personal asignado garantizar la formación adecuada para todo el personal medir el desempeño retroalimentar desarrollar al personal estableciendo expectativas claras mantener cobertura de los 3 turnos coordinando colaborando con lderes de turno confirmar horarios diarios manteniendo cumplimiento polticas procedimientos empresa emitiendo acciones disciplinarias cuando sea necesario implementando uso maquinaria empresa programas seguridad incluyendo capacitacin sobre montacargas gestion inventario productos qumicos suministros garantizando seguridad empleados EPP adecuado.

Cualificaciones
- Debe ser bilingue en inglés y español.
- Capacitación certificación OSHA 10 horas industria general Normas OSHA Certificación operadores montacargas/tijeras.
- Se prefiere experiencia en operaciones limpieza Mínimo 4 años experiencia supervisión liderazgo centros distribución limpieza mantenimiento edificios Capacidad comunicarse eficazmente clientes empleados internos externos Experiencia aplicación procesos procedimientos recursos humanos ciclo completo dotación entrevistas contratación gestión performance promociones despidos
