- Capability to lift items weighing up to 50 lbs, with frequent lifting up to 35 lbs, and the ability to lift heavy objects up to 100 lbs with assistance
- Flexibility to work varying schedules, including nights, weekends, and overnight shifts
- Capability to work in different positions – sitting, standing, or walking

The Project Specialist Flex position involves maintaining the high standards of Anderson Merchandisers to meet the specific requirements of clients for complex store renovations and special projects.
This role includes overseeing significant store layout changes and fulfilling various merchandising tasks requested by clients. It's important to highlight that this is a flexible position centered around projects.
