The Associate Director Operational Excellence Comms will lead develop execute strategic communications plans in support of RTX Operations Supply Chain OSC and all three business units Specifically this role will lead a team responsible for OSC Communications for RTX Collins Aerospace Pratt Whitney Raytheon supporting Operations Supply Chain EH S Quality CORE Industry 4 Global Security Services This position requires a deep understanding of employee executive communications ability to inspire confidence build trust drive alignment among multiple senior leaders stakeholders teams enterprise You must also demonstrate strong cross-team leadership direct team management collaborative approach analytical project management skills strategic communications planning expertiseResponsibilities
- Manage team responsible development implementation measurement comprehensive communications plans drive RTX BU OSC strategic priorities
- Lead executive communications RTX BU Operations leaders serve strategic advisor multiple senior stakeholders
