- Focusing primarily on post-sale and customer success activities, but joining pre-sales conversations as needed to help sell professional services in addition to SaaS licenses
- Accelerating the onboarding, deployment, and implementation of SaaS products
- Creating advanced scripts and automation for clients via APIs with Python and Java
- Very technical and hands-on, background in DevOps engineering and software development
- Knowledge of security engineering or DevSecOps is preferred
