To be considered for a General Manager role, previous success at General Manager level is desirable; from a hospitality, retail or other fast paced background and the right attitude and outlook is essential
**About the role**
The Overstone Manor is going from strength to strength, enjoying consistent growth and taking the step into becoming a flagship pub within Greene King's newest and most exciting brand, Pub & Carvery.
We're a family pub/restaurant in a rural setting but right in the middle of three major towns - Northampton, Wellingborough & Kettering, so we attract a varied guest base and cater for all. With two large function rooms and a beautiful outdoor space, the opportunities are endless, and we enjoy a strong year-round trade as somewhere that burns itself into the memories of all who visit for its market-leading quality, beautiful aesthetics and brilliant team.
Leading a team of 40-50, the Overstone Manor is looking for a successful General Manager who will need to be able to demonstrate a proven track record of working in a busy and demanding business, be able to pull the constituent parts together to ensure all aspects of the operation are running smoothly, display high standards and a real passion for looking after customers and their team.
