    At our organization, we are actively seeking licensed mental health professionals in Pennsylvania who are passionate about supporting older adults and their families.


    • This unique opportunity is ideal for providers who want to grow their own practice while dedicating time to providing care on-site at a local elder care facility.

    About the Role:


    The successful candidate will have the ability to schedule their own hours during the daytime for elder care residents. They will serve both private practice clients and elderly residents, with opportunities to build a hybrid caseload between office and elder care settings.


    • We are looking for clinicians who can effectively work with individuals facing complex medical concerns, end-of-life issues, early stages of dementia, and shifting family roles later in life.
