Job DescriptionColumbia Woodlands is looking for a full time Housekeeper to join their team Seeking professional housekeepers who are looking to be leaders in their industry where you will find growth and opportunity

Job Duties:

Cleaning and maintaining cabins, tents, spa, venues and office buildings to make sure that it meets any housekeeping sanitation requirements and provides a comfortable spaceDusting and polishing furniture and fixturesCleaning and sanitizing toilets, showers/bathtubs, counter tops, and sinksMaintaining a clean and sanitary kitchen areaMaking beds and changing linensWashing windowsVacuuming and cleaning carpets and rugsSweeping/vacuuming, polishing, and mopping hard floorsSorting, washing, loading, and unloading laundryUsing any cleaning equipment such as vacuums, mops, and other cleaning toolsKeeping bathrooms stocked with clean linens, toiletries, and other suppliesEmptying trash receptacles and disposing of wasteSteaming and cleaning draperiesWashing blindsTidying up roomsMonitoring cleaning supplies and ordering more as neededReporting any necessary repairs or replacementsSkills and QualificationsKnowledge of and experience in Cleaning and Sanitizing rooms to varying levels to meet requirementsWillingness to Learn new cleaning methods and how to use various pieces of equipmentAbility to Adapt to Different Situations and Change Work Processes to accommodate customer needsAbility to manage house keep staff with strong leadership skills.

Listening Skills to make sure that they are meeting the needs of their clients for cleanliness and sanitation standardsGood Customer Service skillsReliabilityOrganizational skillsIntegrity and HonestyHigh Energy Levels.
