This role will be responsible for leading audit engagements for a diverse portfolio of clients, many of which are not-for-profit organizations.

The successful candidate will be a key player in executing our audit strategy, ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service and expertise.

As a Senior Audit and Assurance Associate, you will be responsible for:
Leading and managing audits and assurance engagements from planning to completion.
Evaluating and testing business processes, internal controls, and risk management practices.
Preparing and presenting detailed audit reports and findings to the audit manager and partner.
Ensuring compliance with GAAP, GAAS, and other relevant accounting standards and regulations.
Supervising and mentoring junior audit staff, providing feedback and guidance on their work.
Keeping abreast of the latest developments in auditing practices.
Working closely with clients to understand their business operations and identify potential areas of risk.
Collaborating with other departments to improve audit efficiency and effectiveness.
A minimum of a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in public accounting, with a focus on auditing.
Extensive knowledge of GAAP, GAAS, and other relevant accounting standards and regulations.
Experience with auditing not-for-profit organizations.
Strong skills in risk assessment, audit planning, and audit procedures.
