- Engage with hotel guests to level up their experience by utilizing all outlet services within the lobby area (e.g., Restaurant & Bar, Front Desk, Business Center, Lounge, etc.)
- Handle guest requests for special arrangements or services (e.g., transportation, reservations, dry cleaning) by making necessary arrangements
- Address special requests from guests with unique needs and ensure their satisfaction
- Provide guests with local area knowledge about the property and surrounding amenities, special events, and activities
- Collaborate with different departments to resolve guest calls, requests, or issues
- Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to the manager, complete safety training, and certifications
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, maintain a clean and professional appearance, keep proprietary information confidential, and protect company assets
- Education: High School diploma or equivalent
- Related Work Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience
- Supervisory Experience: No prior supervisory experience required
- License or Certification: Not required
