Summary: This position performs routine shipping procedures, as related to the daily operation of the international shipping team; provide support to International Customer Service and Sales Departments.

Hours: Monday-Friday 2:30pm-11:00pm

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform routine shipping and packaging procedures for international and freight shipments. Effectively execute international shipping documentation including: BOL, Waybills, certificate of origin, invoices, etc.
• Adhere to ISO guidelines in daily activities.
• Train new international shipping employees.
• Meet individual and departmental goals and objectives.
• Actively participate in employee performance review processes.
• Oversee operation of the international shipping team.
• Supervise activities of the International shipping team of employees.

Education: High school diploma or G.E.D.
