In this role, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams across multiple facilities, including operations, engineering, and quality assurance. Your primary focus will be on developing and implementing best practices to optimize our manufacturing processes. From establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) to analyzing production data and providing training, your contributions will drive efficiency, quality, and safety across our operations.

    • Utilize statistical methods to interpret manufacturing data and reduce process variation.
    • Identify optimization opportunities through data-driven analysis and root cause analysis.
    • Lead recipe control and development, overseeing resin formulation and manufacturing processes.
    • Develop operational methods and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance efficiency and quality.
    • Manage Engineer Change Notices (ECNs) and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
    • Participate in product and process development, including CAPEX projects and vendor relationship management.
    • Educate teams on principles of process control, waste reduction, and safety protocols.
    • Drive performance excellence by meeting daily KPIs and ensuring adherence to ISO systems.
    • Promote a culture of safety and accountability within the facility.
    • Conduct data analytics and provide insights to the regional team.
    Qualifications and skills

    • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.
    • 5+ years of manufacturing engineering and process control experience.
    • Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
    • Proficiency in extrusion, data analysis, statistics, quality systems, Lean principles, and project management.
    • Track record of success in quality assurance, process development, and continuous improvement.
    • Experience in polymers and nonwoven fabrics technologies is advantageous.
