- Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of SAP PTM / PP (Production Planning), ME (Manufacturing execution) experience
- Experience with SAP ME functional design and configuration
- Hands-on configuration experience with SAP ME functional modules
- Solid understanding of SAP ERP and SAP S/4 Hana
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- SAP certification(s) is a plus
