Crestview Aerospace manufactures complex assemblies and parts for use in various aerospace applications. We offer an integrated manufacturing process that delivers fabricated parts, in-house processing and complex assemblies for both fixed and rotary-wing aircraft.We serve leading OEMs such as Boeing, Bell, and Northrop Grumman on key programs including CH-47, V-22,737, F-16, A-10 and E-2. Manufacturing Engineer Job Responsibilities:

Designs manufacturing processes, procedures and production layouts for assemblies, processing, machining and material handling using Epicor ERP. Designs sequence of operations and specifies procedures for the fabrication of tools and equipment and other functions that affect product performance. Adapts machine or equipment design to factory and production conditions. May incorporate inspection and test requirements into the production plan. Inspects performance of machinery, equipment, and tools to verify their efficiency, and investigates and initiates corrective action of problems and deficiencies to ensure product quality. Develops manufacturing processes that are applicable to statistical process control, and may develop those techniques. Provides guidance to engineering regarding design concepts and specification requirements to best utilize equipment and manufacturing techniques.

Required Skills:

Assembly methods and techniques

Technical requirement interpretation (Blueprints, Specifications)
Able to use CATIA ,MASTER CAM andUNIGRAPHICS for creating Detail and assembly routings inspection media and troubleshoot models

Good understanding of ERP system (EPICOR)

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree with at least 5 years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and years of experience.
Must be able to work any shift, overtime, weekends and flexible hours as required.
Must be able to travel.
Must adhere to Company policies/procedures and management instruction.

Physical Requirements: Primarily manufacturing/assembly environment. Must be able to work in the following environmental conditions: noise, vibration, proximity to moving mechanical parts, moving vehicles, electrical current. Must be able to bend and reach. Must have close visual acuity such as viewing a computer terminal, extensive reading, visual inspection involving small defects, small parts, and/or operation of machines, and/or assembly or fabrication parts at close distance to the eyes. Must be able to communicate effectively. Must be able to maneuver up to 50 pounds. Will be performing substantial movements (motions) of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers.
