Job summary
We are looking for a supervisor to support our growing services and infrastructure in our Surgery Center. This position will assist in identification of goals and has shared responsibility with the Manager and Director for process improvements on the unit/department.The Patient Care Supervisor manages daily operations of the unit/department including hiring staff development performance management evaluation disciplinary actions scheduling managing evaluating patient care delivery staff resources productivity patient safety care quality work variable shifts as needed to complete responsibilities meet needs patient care unit
This job requires travel to other sites as needed.
