Job Title: Sr Engr

Location: Draper, UT

Experience Level: 5–7 Years

Role Summary:

The Sr Engr will be responsible for planning and executing the relocation of commercial and new product development (NPD) metals manufacturing lines into a new facility to support future growth. This role will act as the technical project lead for manufacturing line moves, ensuring minimal production disruption and continued supply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the manufacturing line movement workstream as the technical project owner.
• Develop and execute process validation plans, including IQ/OQ/PQ, for manufacturing equipment and facility utilities.
• Create and implement robust shutdown and startup procedures to minimize production interruptions.
• Coordinate with external suppliers for equipment movement, calibration, and related activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including quality, project management, facilities, operations, and supply chain to ensure requirements are met and production continuity is maintained.
• Support production planning by aligning work assignments with worker performance, machine capacity, production schedules, and anticipated delays.
• Prepare charts, graphs, and diagrams to illustrate workflows, routing, floor layouts, material handling, and machine utilization.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (required).
• 5–7 years of relevant engineering experience.
• Strong experience in equipment and process validation.
• Proven project leadership experience.
• Experience working with complex and automated manufacturing equipment.
• Detail-oriented team player with strong organizational and communication skills.
