    The Rock River Valley Blood Center is currently hiring a Customer Service Specialist (Mobile Registrar) to work in the community at our Mobile Blood drives.

    This position supports the center's mission to provide safe, high-value blood products and services to people in need.

    They do this by registering our volunteer donors; confirming donor identity and accurately recording donor information at our mobile blood drives across the Rock River Valley region.


    Successful candidate must have excellent customer service skills, have strong verbal and written communication skills, be detail oriented and able to accurately enter data in to our systems.

    Time management skills and the ability to work as a team and independently are a must.


    This position is full-time (30+ hours per week) and requires open availability Monday through Saturday.
