Job summary
This position is accountable for providing exceptional service obtaining organizational goals branch growth and staff development implementing policies and procedures embracing the credit union's Mission Vision and Values.Responsibilities
- Trains coaches monitors staff to meet exceed branch individual sales service goals.
- Ensures frequent sales meetings contests occur assigns monitors reviews work assignments of branch staff.
- Maintains accurate complete new account loan processing documents underwriter stipulations met documented information handled cash drawer may be required serves as notary processes consumer real estate loans develops personnel by training cross training observing counseling timely fair performance appraisals motivating employees maintaining positive teamwork environment ensures staffing levels maintained effectively scheduling employee work hours approves disapproves time off interviews recommends selection promotion existing employees monitors monthly budget activities ensures compliance prepares input annual budget completes various departmental side-jobs maintains necessary records in accordance with established procedures exercises discretion independent decision-making ensuring growth soundness credit union assists Business Development Department Preferred Partner Group days coordinates participates Community Business Development partnership events conducts regular staff meetings training sessions enhance teamwork share information improve productivity maintain security operations understands guidance AVP Branch Network Branch Network Sales Service Manager Branch Network Support Manager administered Coaching Performance Improvement Plans Corrective Action performs other relevant related duties as required
