    Sous Chef Requirements:

    • You thrive in upscale kitchens, crafting scratch-made dishes that tantalize taste buds. Prior experience in country clubs, luxury hotels, or fine-dining restaurants is a must.
    • You're a natural leader, skilled in hiring, training, and scheduling culinary staff. Developing seasonal menus that impress is your forte.
    • You understand the importance of inventory control, purchasing, and managing food and labor costs to ensure smooth operations.
    • You possess in-depth knowledge of various cooking methods, stay current on industry trends, and embrace best practices in the kitchen.
