- Staff orders with qualified personnel in a timely manner, and or organizes job schedules for home care personnel.
- Schedules clinical tasks to different clinician as directed by patient's care plan
- First point of contact to retrieve and route incoming calls in a professional manner.
- Provides customer service assistance as appropriate.
- Assist with internal audits from time to time to ensure compliance.
- Completes other assignments as requested and assigned.
- College education associate or bachelor's degree
- Minimum 2 years of Home Health Experience
- Proficient Windows based experience including fundamentals of data entry/typing And excellent knowledge of Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Strong interpersonal skills and professionalism.
- Independent problem solver, good decision maker, and robust analytical skills
- Strong attention to detail.
- Effective written and verbal communication.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Ability to work independently or as a team.
