La risorsa sarà inserita nella struttura "Amministrazione, Finanza e Controllo" e, nello specifico, nel team "Fiscale" e seguirà le seguenti attività: (i) contribuire alla determinazione del carico fiscale da inserire nel bilancio e delle stime funzionali alla predisposizione delle situazioni infrannuali relative a Fintecna ed alle altre entità dalla stessa gestite; (ii) contribuire all'inquadramento delle operazioni effettuate da Fintecna e dalle entità dalla stessa gestite ai fini del calcolo delle imposte indirette e dei tributi locali; (iii) predisporre gli adempimenti relativi ai dichiarativi fiscali ed ai correlati versamenti; (iv) contribuire alla redazione di memo interni aventi ad oggetto tematiche di natura fiscale; (v) contribuire alla predisposizione della documentazione informativa interna, richiesta in sede di informativa finanziaria anche consolidata, relativa a Fintecna ed altre entità gestite; (vi) contribuire alla gestione dei crediti tributari ed alla definizione ed implementazione delle azioni necessarie per il relativo incasso; (vii) monitorare la conformità alla normativa fiscale e tributaria di tutti gli atti e i contratti inerenti Fintecna e le altre entità dalla stessa gestite; (viii) contribuire alla gestione del precontenzioso e del contenzioso di natura fiscale in tutti i gradi di giudizio; (ix) collaborare alle attività di presidio, di concerto con le altre funzioni aziendali coinvolte, delle eventuali azioni di accertamento da parte dell'Amministrazione Finanziaria; (x) monitorare l'evoluzione della normativa di competenza, supportando la divulgazione interna di norme, circolari e provvedimenti inerenti la materia fiscale; (xi) assicurare lo scambio di informazioni, per la parte di competenza, con eventuali professionisti esterni che forniscono assistenza tributaria, con le Pubbliche Amministrazioni competenti e con gli organismi di categoria.
La risorsa possiede una Laurea in Economia o in Giurisprudenza ed ha maturato un'esperienza pregressa nell'ambito della gestione delle tematiche fiscali di 7-10 anni in aziende o presso studi professionali strutturati. È richiesta un'ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office ed Excel. Completano il profilo la conoscenza dei principali applicativi fiscali e un forte interesse verso tale professione, curiosità, organizzazione, pensiero critico, capacità analitica e di lavorare per scadenze.
