Job Description:

Apex Systems is looking for a Sourcing Analyst for a client in the Kansas City area. The position would be a contract to hire and the expectation is that the candidate would come onsite 3 days a week.
Requirements:

3 - 5 years of sourcing experience.
This position helps the client in managing and controlling the clients technology spend through strategic sourcing, supplier and spend management activities.
Helps with the processes for Request for Proposals (RFP), Request for Quotations (RFQ) and Requests for Information (RFI).
Plays a significant role in increasing the deal velocity of the organization (i.e. throughput of negotiations and contracts) while also delivering on spend control initiatives
Drafting, negotiating and executing contractual documents.
Experience with intellectual property licensing procurement & structural guidance.
Associates degree preferred.
2-4 years: Experience in a technology sourcing, an engineering role or similar role.
2-4 years: Project Management experience in a mid to large size company.
