Monmouth Medical Center in Long Branch, NJ is looking for a qualified individual for the Director of Central Sterile Supply department.Responsibilities
- Develop, implement and monitor department goals and objectives,
- Provides strong team leadership, able to motivate staff and respond to individual and team needs,
Able to develop a strong team culture dealing appropriately with staff conflict,
Demonstrates collaboration and partnership skills with physicians, Service Line Managers, OR staff, administrative staff and others,
Effectively leads and facilitates team meeting,
Able to plan time, organize workload and delegates effectively and efficiently,
Understands hospital-wide objectives and priorities and incorporates them into departmental goals,
SUPPORTS AND PARTICIPATES IN THE MAGNET RECOGNITION PROCESS
Clinically skilled,familiar with sterile processing developments
