WEST is seeking a candidate for a paid internship in ecological data science. There are multiple possible intern projects as WEST works with a variety of partners within the state of Wyoming on topics that relate to climate and water systems. Project selection will be determined by considering the intern's strengths and goals along with partner needs. The intern will be supervised and mentored by a WEST data scientist, with the opportunity to interact and work with multiple additional staff members from WEST and our partners.

Interns will be employees of WEST. The number of hours worked per week can be flexible. Each internship can be as many as 300 hours; however, because interns will be employees of WEST, there may be opportunities for interested candidates to conduct additional paid work assisting WEST projects.
