Their product includes assisting companies in setting up specialized annual meetings, proxy contests, friendly and unsolicited M&A transactions, SPAC, Escrow and other special situations. Thier customized solutions, delivered by experienced and collaborative team, help their clients develop and maintain market-leading governance, shareholder engagement, and activism preparedness.
