The Certified Optical Manager will drive sales in the Vision Center by ensuring effective merchandise presentation including accurate and competitive pricing proper signing and instock inventory levels budgeting forecasting sales assessing economic trends community needs Models enforces provides direction guidance to Associates on proper Customer Member service approaches techniques to ensure Customer Member needs complaints issues are successfully resolved within Company guidelines standards Oversees implementation participates in community outreach programs encourages Associates to serve as good members of the community Ensures compliance with Company legal policies procedures regulations for Vision Center by analyzing interpreting reports implementing monitoring asset protection safety controls overseeing safety operational quality assurance reviews developing implementing action plans improve performance providing direction guidance executing Company programs strategic initiatives directing Vision Center Associates ensure confidentiality information documentation assigned records Provides supervision development opportunities for Associates by hiring training mentoring assigning duties providing recognition promoting belonging mindset workplace Ensures provision quality eyewear consulting educating Members Customers selecting products based on Member Customer needs obtaining measurements verifying prescriptions maintaining confidential performing minor frame repair maintaining optical equipment Upholds Companys Open Door Policy meeting with listening concerns researching issues reviewing Company policies procedures suggesting resolution Associate Coordinates completes oversees job related activities assignments developing maintaining relationships key stakeholders supporting plans initiatives meet customer business needs identifying communicating goals objectives building accountability measuring progress achieving results identifying addressing improvement opportunities demonstrating adaptability promoting continuous learningJob description
