Join Jiffy as a Creator Partnerships Marketing Specialist, where you'll play a pivotal role in expanding our Creator Partner / Content Affiliate Program. In this position, you'll develop and implement a creator-focused affiliate strategy that emphasizes education, inspiration, and actionable content. Your goal will be to build trust, stimulate intent, and deliver measurable, profitable growth. This role combines strategic thinking, hands-on execution, analytics, and successful partner management, making you essential in establishing a robust growth engine at Jiffy.

This role operates on a hybrid work model, requiring a minimum of three (3) days per week onsite for collaborative efforts and business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, merchandising, analytics, legal/finance) to ensure precise tracking, attribution, fraud prevention, and prompt payments.
• Manage affiliate tools and infrastructure (networks, tracking platforms, link/code attribution) while continually enhancing measurement quality.
• Oversee channel forecasts, targets, and quarterly roadmaps.
• Coordinate with the finance team to guarantee timely partner payouts.
• Evaluate program performance and demonstrate incrementality through testing, cohort analysis, and holdout experiments.
• Optimize the program based on core metrics: CAC, payback period, LTV by cohort, content velocity, and assisted conversion lift.
• Serve as the internal expert on creator economics, content-driven acquisition, and performance partnerships.

Requirements:

Basic Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, creator partnerships, performance marketing, or growth marketing, preferably in e-commerce or high-growth startups.
• Proven track record in managing content-focused or creator-led affiliate programs (beyond just coupon or deal affiliates).
• Solid understanding of attribution models, tracking links, promo codes, and performance compensation.
• Demonstrated ability to recruit and manage numerous external partners at scale.
• Analytical mindset with hands-on experience measuring CAC, LTV, cohort performance, and incrementality.
• Experience establishing processes in complex operational environments (onboarding, enablement, compliance, payouts).
• Exceptional communication skills, able to influence creators and internal stakeholders effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience scaling demand-creation affiliate or creator programs from inception or early stages.
• Background in content marketing, SEO, or social/video growth, particularly in niche categories driven by education or hobbies.
• Understanding of fraud prevention strategies specific to affiliate marketing (self-referrals, code leakage, attribution gaming).
• Experience using affiliate platforms and creator tools (e.g., Impact, Partnerize, ShareASale, Refersion, custom builds).
• Comfort in navigating ambiguity and building structure in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Strong instinct for aligning creator incentives with high-quality content and long-term brand trust.

The base compensation for this role is expected to range from $130,000 to $160,000 per year, depending on factors such as skills, experience, qualifications, and fit for the role.
