Job Description

The College Business seeks a qualified Assistant Professor to teach Management. This a nine month, tenure-track position.

Responsibilities:

Teach a combination of 3 courses in Organizational Behavior, Human Resources Management, and/or Strategy and Business Policy per semester at undergraduate and/or graduate levels. The mode of delivery may be a mixture of face-to-face and/or online. Graduate courses are offered on weekends and evenings during the week.

Produce high quality peer-reviewed research publications. Present research at national and regional academic conferences.

Serve on college and university committees as assigned. Engage in student advising, and serving the university community.

Required Education & Experience:

Ph. D in Management or equivalent.

ABDs in Management or equivalent programs in final stages of completion will also be considered.

Evidence of a few intellectual publications is expected.

Experience in teaching courses at College/University level is required.

Preferred Qualifications:

Two or more years of teaching experience at College/University level will be preferred.

A research portfolio with Peer reviewed journal articles and an established future research agenda.

Ability to write successful research grants will be preferred.
