    The People Strategy & Operations (PSO) team is looking for a dynamic and engaging Delivery Lead to drive efficient and effective enablement for transformational solutions specific to AI.

    Who We Are

    The People Strategy & Operations team leads P&C in prioritizing, sequencing, and deploying P&C programs and solutions using streamlined processes, systems, and intelligence. We manage the P&C portfolio, operating system and provide targeted consulting services for P&C. We partner across multiple different ecosystems to drive efficient and effective enablement.

    What You'll Do


    Consult to Problem Solve

    • Consult with key stakeholders to identify and understand complex and ambiguous problems in all areas of the solution in relation to the business and across boundaries.
    • Outline the most optimal solution across people, process, data and technology that conforms with Cisco standards in partnership with Product Owners.
    • Research and understand the transformational solution, impact and intersections with the HR and IT Strategic priorities.
    • Provide best practices to support business case development. Identify solution pain points to draw insights.

    Enhance Solutions

    • Consult with P&C to enable an effective and efficient approach, simplifying all areas of process, identify interdependencies across the solution.
    • Provide continuous feedback loop and drive simplification. Drive continuous improvement, e.g., evaluate program progress and results against success metrics; create or re-engineer processes, resources, structure to gain productivity and improve program.

    Program Management

    • Drive program roadmap, engagement model, trade-offs/risk assessments, monitor deadlines, escalate risks, provide line of site to financial impacts.
    • Partner to consistently clarify scope engagements and outcomes with key stakeholders.
    • Ensure documentation of key decisions and assumptions. Leverage offering repository to drive simplicity, repeatable and scalable solutions.

    Drive One People Strategy Experience

    • Identify and partner with the PSO areas of expertise to drive alignment, analysis and thorough and impactful outcomes.
    • Provide analysis of alternatives including return on investment and level of effort impact to provide comprehensive insight to balance the efficient vs. effective decision.
    • Facilitate the creation of simplified and visual "solution stories" aligned to business strategy and solution outcomes.
    • Drive adoption of the P&C operating system.

    Stakeholder & Client Engagement

    • Serve as the key point for the PSO team to bring together individuals and teams throughout the process and at various levels of business and technical organizations, including external vendors.
    • Simplify, scale and communicate complex concepts at multiple levels of understanding to drive effective and efficient experience.
    • Establish strong relationships with cross-functional teams and troubleshoot to P&C is moving forward together.

    Our Minimum Qualifications for This Role

    • 10+ years of experience shaping, designing and delivering solutions for major transformational change
    • Background as a HCM consultant, technical implementation consultant or account manager
    • Demonstrated experience implementing complex systems
    • Proven experience delivering results efficiently and effectively across multiple stakeholders
    • Strong storyboarding and presentation skills

    Preferred Qualifications

    • AI system experience, HR Technology Implementation experience including Workday and ServiceNow
    • PMP, CSM, CPM, Agile Certification a plus; Master of Business Administration degree a plus
