    Hours & Compensation:

    • Monday to Friday, 6:45 am to 3:15 pm (some overtime required)
    • Direct hire position
    • Pay rate: $28-$35, depending on experience

    Position Overview:

    We are currently seeking a skilled Maintenance Line Mechanic/Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a technical school graduate with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, performing equipment and building repairs, as well as line set-up. Experience with aerosol production, process logic controls/electronics, and project management is highly desirable.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Perform equipment and building repairs
    • Set up production lines
    • Ensure the smooth operation of manufacturing equipment
    • Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
    • Adhere to safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment

    Qualifications:

    • Technical school graduate (Maintenance Management or equivalent)
    • Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
    • Experience with aerosol production is a plus
    • Knowledge of process logic controls/electronics is desirable
    • Project management experience is advantageous
    • Forklift license/certification required

    Physical Demands and Work Environment:

    • Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, walking, lifting up to 50 pounds, etc.
    • Work in indoor/outdoor manufacturing facility
    • May require work on rooftops, depending on project needs
    • Adherence to safety regulations is paramount
