Eric Kaneda - State Farm Agency, located in Lihue, HI is currently looking for a talented, caring, professional to join our team.
If you have a talent for customer care and understand the needs and motivations of people, we want you on our team You'll work to inspire customer loyalty and significantly enhance the overall State Farm Insurance customer experience.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Answer phones and greet clients.
Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.

As an Office Manager with State Farm, you will receive...
$18 - $23/ hour base pay to start (based on experience) plus bonus/commissions
Eligible for raises based on experience, licensing, and production.
Average team member bonus/commissions ranges from $250 to $1,000
PTO
Medical available if needed.

Requirements
Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
Self-motivated
Detail oriented
Proactive in problem solving
Ability to work in a team environment
Ability to assess customer needs and conduct effective interviews
Ability to effectively relate to a customer
Property Casualty license (must be able to obtain)
Life and Health license (must be able to obtain)
