The D103 Instructional Technology Team believes that three words guide all of our work; equip explore empower. This team-created vision is intended to be considered in all decisions we make and actions we take.The primary function of the technology specialist is to act as the front line of technology support for the faculty staff and students at Half Day School grades 3-5.
This role will also support district-wide technology initiatives at the discretion of the Director of Technology & Assessment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a strong customer service approach with staff students and families
- Utilize the district's technology support ticket system (FMX) to manage support requests from both faculty and staff complete in a timely manner
