    What you will be doing
    The Human Resources Business Partner role contributes to the company's performance by
    providing daily support to the business focusing on United States Human Resources legal compliance through MBO program offerings.


    The HR Business Partner is responsible for managing the administration of Human Resources programs to include, benefits administration, background checks, workers compensation, unemployment, federal and state leave of absence, Fair Labor Standards Act determinations, minimum wage, rate reductions, and Immigration.

    Provides day-to-day support to Operations including the research and resolution of mid to complex-level Human Resources issues as they relate to United States employment law, wage & hour laws, and compliance.

    In this role you will

    Consult, educate, and coach internal partners providing mid to complex-level Human Resources guidance for clients and talent related to the employee life cycle and Human Resources programs (i.e. enrollment, benefits, leave of absence, overpayment, termination) while maintaining compliance with United States federal, state, and local employment laws.

    Research industry trends and legislation in United States employment law to provide insight and interpretation of legal requirements to meet local, state, and federal/country requirements.

    Maintain ownership of core business processes, identify any irregularities and formulate end-to-end analysis and resolution.
    Facilitate employee relations investigations inclusive of interviewing Talent and liaising with Ethics and Compliance teams at client

    Serve as the main point of contact to the business to support and resolve inquiries on benefit or insurance related matters.

    Manage the administration of HR programs including benefits administration, background checks, workers compensation, unemployment, I9 compliance and other HR program related areas.

    Reviewing background checks and providing guidance across multiple clients in line with client specific requirements and federal/state regulations.
    Liaison with vendors and accounting on benefit reconciliations and invoice processing.
    401(K) Administration including eligibility review, Non-discrimination testing and plan administration.
    Workers' compensation program administration and claims processing support.
    Manage unemployment insurance vendor to ensure unemployment inquiries and benefit audits are completed compliantly with state program requirements.

    Day to day support of Operations including answering mid to complex-level questions surrounding HR program and legal compliance in all 50 states as well as international.

    What you need to stand out

    Bachelor's degree (Human Resources and/or Business) required
    PHR/SPHR preferred
    A minimum of 8 years of experience in an HR Generalist role required
    Experience with an internal ticketing system to support inquiries from the business
    Experience researching and interpreting regulations in support of business needs
    Ability to comprehend, interpret, and apply the appropriate sections of applicable laws, guidelines, regulations, ordinances, and policies.
    Experience managing employee benefit programs and working with a team supporting HR initiatives
    Interpersonal skills including a highly responsive client-centered disposition and the ability to work well in a service-oriented business culture.
    Effective written and verbal communication skills
    Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
    Ability to obtain a United States secret security clearance
