- A Master's degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a closely related field.
- A minimum of two years of experience working with individuals receiving behavioral health services, with a focus on SPMI populations preferred.
- Strong clinical skills and a comprehensive understanding of evidence-based interventions like CBT, DBT, and Motivational Interviewing.
- In-depth knowledge of the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual (DSM) of Mental Disorders and its clinical application.

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Master's Level Clinician to join our ACT team in Georgetown, DE and provide life-changing support to individuals living with Serious and Persistent Mental Illness (SPMI). In this fulfilling role, you'll play a vital role in empowering individuals to develop the tools and strategies they need to manage their symptoms, improve their well-being, and achieve their unique goals.
Negotiable salary and comprehensive benefits

Monday – Friday, 8 am – 4 pm
