    About the Role:

    The Maintenance Lead in the apartment sector is tasked with supervising the maintenance crew and overseeing the resolution of all service requests, reporting directly to the property manager.



    Key Responsibilities:

    • Assign and assist in the completion of apartment service tickets and accurately log all designated work orders promptly
    • Manage vacant units by preparing them for new prospects through the turnover process
    • Maintain cleanliness of the property grounds by clearing debris and trash
    • Deliver exceptional customer service to residents
    • Handle electrical, plumbing, and appliance repairs, installations, and replacements in accordance with industry standards



    This involves servicing:

    • Electrical circuits, light fixtures, and switches
    • Appliances like stoves, refrigerators, and washers
    • Bathroom fixtures and carpentry tasks
    • Windows, doors, and minor painting and drywall work
    • Disposing bulk trash and clearing drains


    • Thorough understanding of maintenance repair and service procedures
    • Prior experience in apartment maintenance
    • Demonstrated leadership and supervisory capabilities
    • Preferred HVAC Certification
    • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and work at heights
    • Effective written and verbal communication skills
