- Work with CAD and editing designs.
- Hands on supervising and managing a team of fabricators, providing guidance, support, and training as needed to ensure product is being assembled correctly.
- Monitor and review the progress, ensuring that deadlines are met, and any issues or delays are promptly addressed.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies, promoting a safe and clean working environment.
- Providing monthly safety meetings.
- Ensuring that all equipment, machinery, and vehicles are properly operated, maintained as well as clean and organized.
- Monitoring inventory levels and replenishing supplies as needed.
- Conducting performance reviews with staff.
- Meeting with management to deliver feedback and quality control issues and how to resolve them.
- Ensure quality checks are completed at each relevant stage of the project.
- Responsible for accepting and checking in product materials immediately and making sure to report any damaged materials or any refusal of damaged materials.
- Minimum prior experience of 5 years as a manufacturing/production foreman.
- 2+ years of experience in CAD and the ability to update designs.
- Ability to fabricate and use hand tools.
- Good understanding of work optimization and team leading skills. Good shop culture.

- Must get satisfaction building quality product.

Wonderful Doherty Career Solutions is partnering with a local Crookston, MN company as they search for a Production Manger to join the thriving team. As a Production Manager, you will play a vital role in overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of the shop, ensuring that work is completed efficiently, accurately, and in a timely manner. Your strong leadership skills, technical knowledge, and problem-solving abilities will contribute to the success of the shop and the satisfaction of our customers. This opportunity is a four-day work week Monday through Thursday 7:00AM-5:30PM. Salary will depend upon experience, but you will have a competitive benefits plan and opportunity to grow.
