    Our client, a real estate company, is looking for a Talent Specialist to join their team in the downtown Chicago area. In this position, you will be responsible for attracting, sourcing, and interviewing prospective employees. This position pays up to $80k.

    About You:

    • Bachelor's degree required. Degree in Human Resources Management or relevant field preferred
    • 2+ years' experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role
    • Experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
    • Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs)
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks

    Responsibilities:

    • Recruit, interview, and facilitate the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions
    • Source potential candidates through online channels
    • Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews
    • Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System
    • Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position's requirements
    • Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events
    • Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department
    • Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates
    • Performs other related duties as assigned by management
