Job Summary:
We are hiring for a Full Time Maintenance Technician.The Community at Rockhill is a residential community for adults 65 and older located in Bucks County, Pennsylvania. This individual must be capable of climbing ladders/stairs using feet and legs and/or hands and arms; must be able to stoop, kneel, bend and crouch and use arms for overhead work. This individual is required to stand for sustained periods of time, frequently required to walk. The person must be able to push/pull using upper extremities (i.e., wheelchair), occasionally lift up to 50 pounds frequently lift up to 20 pounds.,
Responsibilities:
- Perform the work necessary complete resident assignments involving plumbing electrical mechanical systems assigned by the Director Environmental Services receive orders from Environmental Services Coordinator. ,
- Perform preventive maintenance tasks on equipment throughout facility filter changes equipment lubrications vehicle maintenance etc. ,
- Respond unscheduled orders need immediate attention. ,
