Job summary
The client is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused IT Help Desk Technician to support their team through a tenant migration.Responsibilities include providing technical support to end users, troubleshooting Windows operating system and Microsoft issues, supporting password resets, and ensuring excellent customer service in every interaction.
This role requires 2-3 years of help desk experience supporting Windows 10/11 environments,
proficiency in troubleshooting operating system issues to resolution (break-fix),
experience with remote help desk tools and ticketing systems,
strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and related applications,
and 2-3 years of Active Directory experience including user account management
& group policy familiarity.
