- Employee Assistance Program
- Provides students information about career planning and employment opportunities and coaches students through the recruiting process.
- Counsels and advises students and recent alumni individually and in groups about career exploration, self-assessment, and career decisions. This includes individualized plans for exploration, engagement, and employment with integration of Talent and Skill interest assessment into student coaching process (You Science).
- Serve as advisor and success coach to apprenticeship and work-based learning students as well as employer sponsored enrollment programs such as Amazon Career Choice.
- Schedules logistics and secures resources for on-campus recruiting activities.
- Manage student software experience such as Handshake.
- Delivers presentations and workshops for academic departments and student organizations to increase student interest in employee recruiting programs.

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent and 3 years experience
- Presentation and training of adult skills, organization and planning, project management.
- Must be able to work independently.

- Ability to multi-task, work under deadlines, and prioritize projects to meet deadlines with high levels of efficiency and accuracy.
- Must have proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Forms, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and Word).
- Master's degree or equivalent and 5 years experience
- Experience in and understanding of working with students from diverse populations is preferred.
- Experience working at the community college level is preferred.
