Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Business Systems Analyst (BSA) with expertise in .Net and Java technologies to join our team in Oakland, CA.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in creating technical documentation, including Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and Design documents.

This role requires a deep understanding of Java and .Net coding, as well as prior experience in modernization projects.

Responsibilities:
Create comprehensive technical documentation, including Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Design documents, and other relevant documentation as needed.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical specifications.
Utilize your expertise in Java and .Net coding to understand existing systems and contribute to modernization efforts.
Work closely with development teams to ensure technical solutions align with business objectives and requirements.
Participate in design reviews, code reviews, and testing activities to ensure quality and accuracy of deliverables.
Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, facilitating communication and ensuring project success.
Contribute to a positive team environment by sharing knowledge, providing mentorship, and collaborating effectively with team members.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in .Net, Java, and modernization strategies, bringing innovative ideas to the table
