- Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of capital projects related to process improvements, equipment upgrades, and facility expansions, ensuring adherence to budget, timeline, and quality standards
- Analyze current manufacturing processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and increase productivity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues and implement solutions
- Utilize data analysis and statistical tools to monitor process performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Lead or contribute to process improvement projects from conception to implementation
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
- Provide technical support and training to production teams to ensure proper execution of optimized processes
- Stay up to date on industry trends and advancements in process engineering to incorporate best practices and innovations into operations
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering field or Paper Science
- 2+ years of experience
- Paper/Packaging experience
- Prior supervisory experience
- Willingness to take preliminary qualifying assessment tests
- Live or relocate within the Dallas Metro region
